CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Although we invite researchers to relate their contributions to one of the conference topics listed in the abstract form, this is not a necessity. As the range of research interests within the ISTP (http://www.udallas.edu/istp) is quite broad, and particularly if your contribution is marked under the category "other", the use of some keywords of your choice for further specification would be helpful. The academic committee will process three types of proposals:
Paper: 20 min. presentation plus 10 min. discussion. Four individual papers in a 2 hr. thematic session.
Symposium: Two or three speakers with or without a discussant in a 2 hr. session.
Poster: 64 -70 cm. X 90 - 100 cm (vertical), written in bold characters, not smaller than font size 16. Posters are expected to be up before the first coffee break of the scheduled day. Authors do not need to stand by their posters, but be present for short presentations and questions in the discussion sessions at the end of the same day.
Proposals can be submitted online by filling the abstract form; as a Word attachment file via e-mail, through fax, or by regular mail. We recommend you to follow this order of preference. Proposals should have an abstract between 250 and 300 words (please use font Times New Roman, size 12, and no abbreviations in the text) containing all the information inquired on the abstract form. They are to be addressed to:
